1. Role and scope
Limo and Black Car Service provides a request and coordination platform for transportation needs throughout the United States. A request may be reviewed with an independent transportation provider or affiliate selected for the market and itinerary. The provider, vehicle, and operating details can vary by request; this website does not represent that the service directly owns a nationwide fleet or employs every person who may perform transportation.
These terms apply to use of the website, submission of a request, and any transportation arrangement that incorporates these terms. A quote or confirmed arrangement may contain additional terms that control for that specific trip when they are disclosed before acceptance.
2. Requests and confirmation
Website forms collect transportation requests for review. A stored request, reference number, email exchange, or preliminary discussion is not a reservation confirmation. Confirmation occurs only after the itinerary, market availability, provider or vehicle availability, pricing, payment arrangement, and applicable terms have been reviewed and accepted through the applicable coordination process.
Please provide accurate contact, itinerary, passenger, luggage, timing, airport, and special-requirement information. Missing or changing information can affect the review, quote, vehicle category, provider assignment, or ability to proceed.
3. Quotes, pricing, and payment arrangements
Pricing is handled by quote or another fixed amount provided after the request is reviewed. A rate can change before it is accepted, including when itinerary details, vehicle needs, provider availability, timing, or applicable charges change. Material charges known during review are disclosed where practicable before acceptance.
A valid payment arrangement is required before a request can become confirmed. Current website forms do not collect payment-card numbers. Payment instructions and any enabled payment methods are provided only through the reviewed coordination process; the presence of a payment method in a future document does not by itself mean that an account is currently enabled.
4. Vehicles, passengers, and luggage
A requester may identify a preferred vehicle category and, when useful, a make, model, or color preference. A preference is not an assignment. The requested category may be unavailable, and an equivalent alternative may be discussed during review. Passenger, luggage, accessibility, and equipment information should be supplied early because practical capacity varies by vehicle and itinerary.
Oversized luggage, golf equipment, unusual items, and other space requirements must be disclosed. Child-seat requests should be made before the trip; availability is confirmed per trip. The standard child-seat amounts are $15 for one, $30 for two, and $45 for three when the equipment is available and applicable to the arrangement.
5. Airport requests and trip coordination
Airport requests can include a curbside preference or a request for meet-and-greet or baggage-claim coordination. Airport instructions are confirmed for the individual trip rather than assumed from a general page. A meet-and-greet charge may apply when it is included in the reviewed terms.
For planning purposes, the standard airport grace periods are 45 minutes for domestic arrivals and 75 minutes for international arrivals. A usable flight number or other flight information can support manual coordination of an updated arrival, but the website does not promise automatic flight monitoring. Waiting after the applicable period or other trip changes may affect the reviewed charges.
6. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
The standard cancellation notice period for a confirmed reservation is two hours before the scheduled pickup. Stretch, party, and other specialty transportation identified in the confirmed terms generally use a 48-hour notice period. The confirmed terms or quote control if they state a different requirement that was disclosed before acceptance.
Modification requests are preferably submitted at least 12 hours before pickup. A change requested within two hours is not assured and may require a new review of provider, vehicle, schedule, availability, and pricing. A no-show may be handled under the confirmed terms after the relevant contact, pickup, provider, and no-show details are recorded. No automatic charge is promised by submitting a request.
7. Additional services and charges
Additional stops, waiting time, late-night or holiday service, meet-and-greet coordination, child-seat equipment, and other itinerary requirements can affect the reviewed amount. The standard gratuity is 20% of the base or flat transportation rate where applicable. These details are addressed in the quote or confirmed terms before acceptance when they are known.
8. Conduct, pets, and safety
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and applicable law. Alcohol is not permitted by default unless it is expressly authorized for the specific arrangement and lawful in the circumstances. Illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items are not permitted. A provider or coordinator may decline or end transportation where conduct or conditions create a safety concern, subject to applicable law.
Pets require prior notice and appropriate containment. Service animals and other legally protected accommodations are handled as required by applicable law. Please describe an accommodation need without providing unnecessary medical information.
9. Providers and responsibility
A transportation provider operating a particular trip is responsible for the vehicle operation and on-trip transportation it performs. The coordination process may use providers or affiliates that satisfy applicable credential and commercial coverage requirements. The allocation and scope of responsibility for a specific arrangement depend on the confirmed terms and applicable law; these terms do not create a blanket waiver of any right or remedy.
10. Website, changes, and contact
Website content is provided for request planning and may be updated as the operating model, policies, and public information change. Please do not treat a general service, state, airport, city, route, or guide page as a promise that a specific trip, provider, vehicle, price, or schedule is available.
Questions about a request or these terms may be sent to reservations@limoandblackcarservice.com. A governing-law or venue provision is not included in this version until the appropriate legal jurisdiction is approved. The current policy version is recorded with the website content and may be replaced by a later approved version.
