Privacy Notice

1. Scope and effective date

This Privacy Notice describes the information-handling approach for the Limo and Black Car Service website and its transportation request workflow. It is effective September 1, 2026, and applies to information submitted through the website or exchanged while a request is reviewed.

2. Information a requester may provide

The request workflow may receive a name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, pickup and destination, trip dates and times, timezone, return-trip details, airport and flight information, passenger and luggage estimates, vehicle preference, service type, child-seat request, stops, special requirements, company information, consent, and limited source or campaign information when it is available. Only information needed to review and coordinate the request should be submitted.

The current form workflow does not request payment-card numbers, passports, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Technical systems may also process limited security and request metadata needed to operate, protect, validate, and troubleshoot the site.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to receive and respond to a request, review itinerary and market details, coordinate with a suitable provider or affiliate when needed, discuss availability and pricing, communicate about changes, prevent abuse, protect the website, maintain operational records, and meet applicable legal or dispute-resolution needs.

A request reference identifies the stored request. It is not a reservation confirmation and does not authorize a transportation arrangement by itself.

4. Sharing and service providers

Request details may be shared with a provider or affiliate only as needed to review and coordinate the requested transportation. Information may also be processed by infrastructure, security, database, or notification services used to operate the website when those services are enabled. We do not sell inquiry information.

A future integration may change the technical service providers involved. Such changes are reviewed against the data inventory and reflected in an updated notice when appropriate.

5. Consent, communications, and measurement

The form requires an affirmative consent action before a request is submitted. The consent language explains that information is used to respond to the inquiry; it is not a prechecked marketing permission. Current analytics and advertising integrations are not required for the local build. If measurement or marketing tools are later enabled, their data collection and consent treatment will be reviewed before activation.

A request may be submitted through the website at any time. Submission does not promise an immediate response or confirm a reservation.

6. Security and access controls

The application uses server-side validation, request-size limits, abuse-verification boundaries, parameterized database operations, restricted operator workflows, and controlled export paths. Production transport security, provider configuration, and account permissions must be verified at deployment. No online system can promise absolute security.

7. Retention, deletion, and archiving

Information is retained only as needed for request handling, operations, dispute or legal needs, and approved records management. The implementation supports archive and deletion states for lead records; a specific retention period and final deletion schedule require the applicable legal and operational approval before public indexing.

8. Requests about personal information

A requester may contact reservations@limoandblackcarservice.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or portability of information where those rights apply. The response may require reasonable steps to verify the request and may be limited by legal, security, or recordkeeping requirements.

9. Updates and contact
