How to describe a group itinerary and vehicle preference without assuming capacity or vehicle assignment.

Start with people, luggage, and movement
Provide the estimated passenger count, luggage profile, pickup and destination, date, timing, and any stops. A group itinerary may also need a meeting point, event venue, hotel, airport, or return movement.
The more the group moves together, the more helpful the schedule becomes. If travelers split into multiple movements, describe that instead of forcing the plan into one vehicle request.
Treat Sprinter as a preference
Sprinter is a vehicle request category, not proof of a specific vehicle, passenger capacity, amenities, or ownership. The submitted preference is reviewed against the requested market and itinerary.
If luggage, child seats, accessibility, or loading considerations matter, include them as requirements for review. Avoid assuming a particular configuration from the category name.
Use the request to expose constraints
Group requests are easier to evaluate when they name the event, airport, convention, or destination sequence. Include the timing that matters, but do not rely on a fixed drive-time assumption.
The request acknowledgement should say that the details were received for review. A group vehicle or reservation is confirmed only through the approved follow-up process.
