Define the evening itinerary
An evening plan should name the pickup location, venues in sequence, expected end window, passenger count, and return destination. Times Square, the theater district, Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens represent different destination contexts.
If the group is attending a ticketed event, include the venue and the time that matters. Avoid sharing ticket numbers or other personal information that transportation does not need.
Account for a changing plan
Nightlife itineraries often include a flexible stop or a different return destination. State what is certain and what may change so the request can be reviewed without implying a fixed waiting policy or promised vehicle availability.
A vehicle category may be requested as a preference. Group size, luggage, child-seat needs, and accessibility considerations should be stated separately.
