Define the origin and destination

Long-distance requests need specific pickup and destination locations, the travel date, local time, timezone, passenger count, luggage estimate, and any return movement. Use city and airport names as context, but provide the actual addresses or districts when known.

If the trip crosses a state boundary, identify both sides of the itinerary. The request can then be reviewed as one movement rather than a generic service label.

Make stops and timing visible

List planned stops, appointment windows, event schedules, and whether the itinerary is direct or flexible. Avoid presenting a public drive-time estimate as fixed because traffic, weather, and the final route can change.

Vehicle categories can be requested as preferences. Capacity, availability, rest requirements, and operating details must be confirmed for the specific trip.

Use quote-first language

Long-distance transportation often needs a detailed quote review. Submitting the request records the trip; it does not set a rate or confirm a vehicle, provider, chauffeur, or schedule.

Keep the request reference and provide updates through the approved contact path if the itinerary changes.

Have a specific itinerary in mind?

Use the request path to share the details available for review. A guide does not confirm a reservation or price.
