Define the trip before choosing a label

Begin with the actual movement: pickup, destination, date, time, timezone, travelers, and luggage. Then decide whether the request is point-to-point, airport-related, hourly, round trip, corporate, event, or group transportation.

A precise itinerary is more useful than selecting several overlapping service names. If the destination is an airport, include the airport name or code and identify arrival or departure context.

Add the details that change planning

Include a return leg, stops, flight number, airline, event schedule, child-seat need, mobility consideration, or special requirement when those details affect the trip. Avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed to evaluate transportation.

For a group, provide an estimate of passengers and luggage and a preferred vehicle category if one is relevant. The category remains a request preference until the details are reviewed.

Understand the response state

The request flow should acknowledge storage with a reference number. It should not say the trip is confirmed. Availability, vehicle options, and pricing are reviewed before the business confirms the reservation directly.

If a field is unknown, say so in the permitted notes rather than substituting a guess. Accurate omissions are safer than invented airport procedures, timing, rates, or policies.

Have a specific itinerary in mind?

Use the request path to share the details available for review. A guide does not confirm a reservation or price.
