Describe the time block

An hourly request should include the estimated number of hours, starting location, preferred start time, destinations, and the purpose of the trip. If the traveler expects the vehicle to remain available between stops, include that expectation for review.

Common examples include executive visits, venue tours, multi-stop errands, event movements, and roadshows. The request should still describe the actual schedule rather than assuming a standard package.

Separate known stops from possible stops

List the destinations that are certain and identify possible stops as flexible. This helps the request remain accurate if the itinerary changes while preserving the planning context.

Do not add a waiting, overtime, minimum-hour, cancellation, or gratuity rule unless it has been separately approved. Those are policy and pricing facts, not generic service definitions.

Use the right confirmation language

Submitting an hourly request does not reserve a vehicle or set a final hourly price. The business reviews the requested time block and itinerary before discussing what can be arranged.

A clear request record makes the later conversation easier without turning an educational page into an unsupported operating promise.

Chauffeur Service

Request chauffeur-style transportation with a clear review process and flexible trip details.

Have a specific itinerary in mind?

Use the request path to share the details available for review. A guide does not confirm a reservation or price.
