Start with the event schedule
Include the event date, guest count, pickup locations, ceremony or venue address, start time, and expected end or return window. Wedding and prom itineraries may also include photography locations, hotel movements, or separate arrival and departure groups.
Concerts, sporting events, and private celebrations benefit from the same structure. The request is easier to evaluate when the venue and the timing are named.
Plan for group and family needs
Provide approximate passengers and luggage, child-seat requests, accessibility considerations, and any preferred vehicle category. If guests need multiple movements, describe each movement rather than assuming one vehicle covers every traveler.
Keep notes focused on transportation. Do not enter payment information, government IDs, or unnecessary personal details.
Confirm the arrangement separately
Event transportation is often schedule-sensitive, but the request page must not promise a vehicle, venue access, waiting policy, or return timing. Those details are discussed after the itinerary is reviewed.
A stored request and reference number are useful planning milestones; they are not a confirmed reservation.
